Oyster Perpetual Ref 5018 from 1948/49. Your thoughts please

Considering an 18 carat gold 1948/49 Oyster Perpetual in very good condition. With quality leather band. Watch supposedly a long time in storage. So called Bombe or Bombay. Would appreciate your thoughts please on this model. This is my first post so please excuse any mistakes. Thank you.
