Trip Lock Crown for 1675

Just curious if it would be possible to replace the twin lock crown with a trip lock crown in a 1675 GMT? Would the dimensions work? I know it would destroy the vintage value, etc, etc but my 1675 already has a service dial, hands, etc. And if possible, who would perform that task? I'm not sure Rolex USA would.

A triplock wouldn't fit between the crown guards.

It's a midsize datejust crown. Even a men's 1601 is too big
