I thought I would make this thread in honor of the beautiful GREEN Ceramic Submariner 50th Anniversary.

What do you all think about the watch?

Ok, here's mine. I LOVE it, wearing it today. It's my number 1 worn watch. Sorry for the group shot, only photo I've been able to size properly.

Where did you get the leather band for the ss daytona? did you just switch it with the white gold one from those pics? I love the leather but I was told you couldn't buy an authentic Rolex one.

Got mine from my local AD two days ago. No waiting, he told me that only repeat customers get the green. SD4000 was my first.

I like this watch more with each passing day. It's amazing that the dial changes color with the shifting light.

Ummm no...the only 50th Anniversary LV and still the best is the YG model with the green dial. The others would like to be.

Noticing quite a few of these Sub C LV's have a gap between the = and 3 in 300 m

Is this considered normal by Rolex, or a dial printing error?

This is normal

its not considered an error. Its just the way the newer models are made.. I think

Awright ... OCD response....I believe Rolex now spaces the ft and m markers (larger gap on both sides of the = sign).

The "=" is dead centered with the 12 and 6 markers and the whole '1000ft = 300m" is dead centered under "Submariner" ...

I guess since ft is in italics, it appears to be closer to the = sign than the 3 ... A lot of analysis of something I have to squint really hard to see ...

BTW, this is the new dial style for Rolex methinks ... the font on ft is also different... but we are talking loupe now...
