Normal wear. Nothing to stress about. If it bothers you it's nothing that a Cape Cod cloth won't fix on the polished surfaces.

I'd happily buy a BLNR in that condition - I wouldn't do a thing to it, and I'd never have to worry about it.

Looks like it was used as it should be. A Rolex is a tool watch and essentially one of the few more or less military grade items still built today in our age of engineered obsolescence. I’m a weird way it looks better as it has sort of a personality with the wear compared to all the ones that are super pampered.

The great part with Rolex too is that if it ever got to be too much wear for you, with steel and materials used, you can restore it back to safe queen condition and beat it up again down the road if so desired.

Glad to see a watch be appreciated for what it is and daily worn rather than put on some mythical pedestal.

Good job for enjoying a great watch.

I wear my 2016 Sub daily and it is rarely removed except for when I work on the car. I spent a lot of time on Naval shipping and cringed every time I hit the side of a bulkhead. Alas, it shows wear but I put every mark on that watch. Surprisingly, not a scratch on the crystal yet. That will be the day I may shed a tear. I did not spend this much money on a watch so my kids could own a nice heirloom or I could sell for a profit.

Looks great exactly as it should be

Reminds me of a Ferrari with a horribly scuffed up rear bumper. Banged up luxury watches not my thing. Hope you enjoy it though.
