No. The watch won't get scratched or damaged but YOU can be! Many years ago I must have had a nightmare where I flailed about, because I woke up to find that my Sub had given my chin quite a gash...!!

I do not sleep with my watch regularly, unless I'm camping or when I am drunk/stoned and forget to take it off.

I like to see lume at night and my watch does not have any left so I rest it at night and wear a watch at night with lume. Been doing for 12 years. Also wipe any sweat off before bed as well. 85 datejust.
