starting my MBA (again)

After almost 10 years I’m off to finish my MBA. This time I hope to be more mature and hope that life does not present any obstacles to its completion.

Good luck. One tip: download one of those grammar and syntax programs like Grammatix, the one I use is free. This not that you can't write: I wrote for a living. It just allows you to write papers faster, and correctly.

Thanks for the advice and positivity gentleman! It's a bit different than I recall, less statistical analysis and more open-ended/less directed. In 18 months or so I will post that I have finished my MBA!

With time, wisdom, and maturity, you’re making the right decision. You will get out of the process what you put into it. The immediate knowledge you gain is not the point, but the set of analytical tools you absorb can equip you to think more critically in all your future endeavors.

Lots of folks are passing on the MBA degree these days because the current economy is very strong, but they are being pretty short-sighted. Give it your all, and it will pay handsome rewards in the long-run. Best of luck on your endeavor!

I’ve just started the second semester of my MBA. It’s time consuming, but I’m loving the material and people.

Stay the course and don’t quit! Good luck!

Excellent.

Education is great, whether formal or informal.

I have bachelors, two masters, and am enrolled in a doctoral program set to finish in Dec 2018.

Busy work and reading. Stick with it.

Thanks guys. An update -- I got an A on my first project. 25 pages or so, must have spent a 100 hours on it. Last time I was in school I aimed for B's and would get some As some Cs, this time I'm going for A's and it takes a lot more time, but feels good to get an A!
