Ref 6564 winding issues

I just received this piece back from being serviced. They refinished the dial, new hands and a new crystal. They replaced parts in the movement (1030). The price I paid was probably too much considering what the watch is worth but has sentimental value. My question is when I wind the watch clockwise in has a grinding feel. It is smooth and clicks when winding counter clockwise. Do I need To send the watch back in?

Sounds like they replaced a couple of wheels. I had a similar issue with an indy service on a 16030, but it’s eased considerably with use

I would have them confirm it isn't faulty for free before winding it again.
