Everyone allowed to have their own top 3!

5711 blue, 5712 and 5740. The 5270P is a very close 4th!

For me, I define a beautiful watch using these criteria - color, balance, lines, the harmony of the dial components, sleekness and elegance. Genta seemed to have created the perfect watch design via the Nautilus line. Complications have nothing to do with beauty IMO.

Well affording it .. is subjective based on priorities for spending :) .. Who needs a house..

I would say 5970 and 5070 P versions as first two -- but cannot decide on number 3..

No major change for me but I am inclined to add the 5170p.

Interestingly I do not include the 5370 which I bought a few months ago. Can’t quite put my finger on why we haven’t bonded. On paper it ticks every single box.......

I agree with most other posts...5970, 5070, 5131, 5170p, etc should all make the list. On the “affordable “ side, I’d add the 5196p

Interesting to hear! I love the look of the watch have to say but in the end come back to lemania pateks. Would be nice if 5004 were 38mm and a tad less fat. Oh well....

If the 5004 was larger then I suspect the fatness would feel like less of an issue. For me 40mm, rectangular pushers and a tachymetre scale and the 5004 would be the ultimate!

Sam there’s a platinum 3800 on sale in London at the moment. Might be a nice standing for the 3700?
