I’m looking to buy a datejust 36 want to know if there is any rare dials I should look for when buying

Myself always buy the dial and watch I want to own and wear and not one that's perceived as being rare.

Any stone dial would be rare or difficult to get at retail.

Not rare, but hardest to get are the latest releases, especially the mint green, which is what I want.
