Help with this Tudor Sub please

Looking to pick up my first Sub. Don't want to go the Rolex route, so been looking for Tudors. Came across this one on watchuseek. Would love to get some feedback from those in the know - http://forums.watchuseek.com/f29/fs-...e-4313714.html

1. Geniune? I would assume yes, since it comes with paperwork. But do you see any anomalies?
2. Fair price? I see asking prices ranging from around $3,000 to $5,000. Since it just had service, I would think it would command a little more.

Any other thoughts?
