Received a warranty card without signature?
Hello,
I bought a new IWC watch from a trusted seller here, but the problem is that in the box, it had a warranty card without signature & date. Is this still valid? or do I need to contact the trusted seller to get the signature by the AD? Thanks. |

When buying a Gray Market watch, like any other Gray Market product, you need to know what you are getting. Most Gray Market products do not come with a valid in-country warranty.
Your seller may not be able to interact with an AD to get you what you want nor can they speak for a manufacturer (or guaranty their warranty) since they are not Authorized Sellers.

Hello,
Thanks for the reply. Hmm.. I guess you are right - probably should have confirmed it before purchase. Thanks. Quote:
