Panerai Service Pouch

Do you get one of these each time you get your Panerai officially serviced

Steve - I just got my Radiomir back from service (which fell under the warranty) and it came in the pouch that you show. I nearly flipped when it was handed to me at the BHB.

What a high level of class Panerai has in the way they treat their customers! Larry.

Yep, everytime. For only between $500 and $1500 hundred and a three month wait you can have one too, LOL!

I love Panerai like no other brand, but you don't want my thoughts on their service. Hopefully when this move to Texas is all final in the next few weeks the service will improve drastically!

Panerai has bad service? I've had nothing but the absolute best service over all other watch brands with them. However I do work through the boutique. They sent me a replacement bridge after I lost mine for free, included shipping to/from, both overnight.
They have been nothing but awesome the few times I've dealt with them on my 164.

The problems they have had are epic. Do a search on Paneristi and you will find watches returned that were not fixed properly, case backs that were scarred by them, and even Tritium dials that were changed after they said they wouldn't, only to say that they have no other parts to make it original again. Not saying every time they are bad, but they leave a lot to be desired, IMHO.
