Taking a walk on the wild side.

Just picked up the Zenith Range Rover, after visiting my favorite WoS (Regent Street), last week.
Forgot, actually didn't know how, to post a pic. Thanks Wolfman.
Just for you 116500LN. I'm still a through and through Rolex man, with slight Patek tendencies, but this Zenith is just too gorgeous to pass on.
Regards

Plus 1 for the pics, there usually is a world between stock pics and the real thing. About Patek do it, fitst one I got I thought I was nuts putting that kind of cash, but it's worth it

Have you got a Range Rover?

Supplementary Q - why is this watch called the Range Rover?

Actually like the look of that but would prefer it without the "range rover" text though!

Brand tie-in not withstanding, it's a gorgeous watch. Love my 1969.

Yes. No Range Rover text would be nice.

Will be interesting to see if these LEs stop with the new CEO...or if they continue due to JC Biver.

Hi Sam, nice car. Awesome car in fact.

Your watch is nice, but I really don't like car/watch co-branding. Like the poster above, I have the "1969 original".

I don't mind co-branding, but there's no doubt that Zenith have overdone it, a long time ago in fact.
I bought it just down to its sheer beauty and lightness. Plus it's gorgeous on the creme strap. Zenith give you the other strap free when you register.
Manual transmission all the way, no flappy paddle rubbish!

Love that watch but wouldn't want with RR on it unless I owned one.

Not sure I can work out the link, I certainly wouldn't want to buy a RR just to buy the gorgeous watch.
It's so understated suave and sophisticated it sings more than any of my watches, including rare Daytonas or a 5726.
