PAM 00673 thoughts

I have been looking at the PAM00673 and really like it. There doesn't seem to be much posted on the forum about it. Limited to only 1000 pieces I would have thought that the watch would be more sought after.

Do you own one, have you looked at one or why did you choose not to purchase? Really looking forward to any feedback. Thanks.

well..I will bite...

the 673 came when Panerai decided to release a whole bunch of 47mm cased pieces in one year...673/375/663/662 all got delivered around the same time...just too much 47mm on the market...

also..the MM on the dial really attracts the hardcore Panerai fans...most casual fans don't appreciate the MM and much rather have Panerai on the dial...

that's my two cents...

Just another opinion, while personally 47mm may be too large for my wrist, I do really like the MM dial.

I don't have a sense that the 673 is unappreciated or a slow mover, but a quick glance at Chrono24 shows soft prices (for a LE with MM dial). Perhaps it's a bit of MM fatigue?

A stunning piece, probably future classic, but indeed a bit too many 47mm LE

I still prefer my 372. Very honest n base model with proper DNA.

What are the differences between the 372 and 673? I am aware of the Marina Militare and a different strap...what else is different?

In addition to straps and dial text:
* price
* hands
* sapphire for latest 372s
