What strap color for the FP Journe Resonance?

So the Journe boutique sent me some strap ideas to pair up my Journe delivery this summer. I had no idea they had so many options. So fun. Which is your favourite or let me know if there are other colors? Of course , I love the black.

Blue makes the hands “pop”. So blue would be my first choice. Though you almost can’t go wrong with just about any color.

Grey and blue really goes well with the overall aesthetic.

I've always liked brown with grey, had this on a Chopard I used to own, but the blue does look good too, I'd get those two.

I've always liked green since it's pretty unique.

Get a few. The blue one for sure, then see if they could do the grey one with blue stitching. That brown is also nice. Congrats on the incoming, the Resonance is maybe my favorite FPJ, but I realized that a little too late and now they're out of production. :(

Just fyi, i changed the strap on my octa divine recently. The boutique in Paris has 3 different lengths and a special strap for deployante (much shorter with 5.5cm on the 6 side). So on top of the colour, you have to choose the length that suits you best.

Navy and green.
Although not an option above, I think the pale yellow could look great too.

I’d go blue as I tend to wear blue suits

Don’t discount the green. Or the grey for that matter. I have both and each pair well with a grey dial (although the below is not exactly the same I think these will work well with your watch).

This particular shade of green seems to pair beautifully with the dial, though it remains to be seen in person. The grey looks nice as well.

Oh myyy!!! Those look beautiful! I do like the idea of getting several straps. I kept hunting down the red/red Resonance combo (while I still love it) I think the platinum is more flexible.

Like most, I have black, grey, blue and some brown suits. I do pair with bright tropical shirts so I am loving these bright options.

Thank you JourneGuy for the photos. Perhaps we will meet one day in Geneva. Moving there this summer for several years.

You think they could really do that for me? Grey strap with blue stitching? That’s sweet! The green and brown are growing on me too. I was not into it at first glance but liking this flexibility.

By the way, don’t give up on the Resonance. I have been hunting a special one for a couple of years (feel I am also late in the game but better late than never) and what kept me from pulling the trigger was the price tag especially at MSRP. After tons of YouTube videos, eating all those articles from @JourneGuy, and the theory behind it, I decided to finally get it but all boutiques were sold out. My luck! I kept hunting and hunting until a boutique (I called all of them) had a client pulled out of a purchase. I pounced on it. That is why I say this watch found me as much as I found it.

I feel so privileged to own one. This is the first time that I let go of the constant value proposition of a watch and bought for the love of the art. It is a liberating feeling. I am glad that MSRP will go back to those artists, watchmakers, his school (or future), and future horological projects from the company. I believe in his vision.

Certainly will keep you in mind if I run across one. It would be nice to walk through this experience with another Reno-newbie. : )

Congratulations... please share a photo when you receive the watch!

One of the best things about FPJ watches are just how versatile they are with all the strap options... a quick change of the strap makes the watch look entirely different.

Yet another joy! Enjoy yours!
