From Polished to Brushed - Breitling?

Love the look of Breitlings online, but when you see them in person they have a lot of shine, and I prefer the brushed/satin finish.

Is it possible to have the surface of the entire watch "brushed" including the bracelet and case. Do not see how it's possible to have the tiny details of the case brushed, but I do not have any experience with this.

Anyone dealt with this before?

Thank you!

I personally do not mind the more shiney look, but it is true that the high polished sections do indeed show scratches more. People have gotten polished center links on bracelets brushed out by watchmakers with no issues but it would depend on Breitling, considering the fact your speaking of the entire watch case too. Again, persoanlly would not do it and if so just the bracelet

i pondered over the same shiny issue on my tudor. in the end i swopped the original bracelet for a brushed aftermarket oyster and it helped tone down the watch a little.

i'm glad i didn't pvd/brush my watch, although i badly wanted to when i first got it. as time went by, the watch picked up scratches and marks and i don't care about the shine so much anymore...

Yeah to me scratches gives the watch a bit of character. Watches were made to be worn and for these rugged, "professional" ones they can be worn hard once you care for them properly. If a watch has specs that bother you buy a different make, model or age that is brushed or different. When you modify a watch with stuff like PVD etc the watch company would either not touch it for service or restore it to original spec at your expense... Hope you make up your mind soon

Two things to consider. 1) Ever ponder the Ti models? 2) A ScotchBrite pad is all you need. NOT advocating doing that, but LOTS of people around these parts have ridded themselves of PCLs on GMT-IICs etc with one.

Consider the Avenger Seawolf with its matt finish and also the Colt quartz with its matt finish. Also, as one of the members metioned, the titanium finished Breitlings are matt as well. If you choose a leather band this will also knock down the bling factor a notch or two.
