Has anyone ever seen this dial with Swiss_Made before?

Are you sure that's not a drawing? The endlink/lugs actually look like it's shaded in with pencil, hands have weird edges, font is all cartoonish, and circles of lume markers aren't perfectly round

Definitely a painting. Very good though. Most obvious around the bezel "teeth" and the brushed bracelet.
