Gold Panerai grey market discounts
Hi all, I've recently tried the Panerai Due 42mm in Goldtech (Ref PAM01041) and found it absolutely stunning. However I do think spending that much on a Panerai is difficult to justify cost wise - my official AD is willing to give a 25% discount, but this still puts it in the territory of Breguet/ALS.
Does anyone know how much I might be able to get one on the grey market for? Is 50% possible or should I just cough up the money and get it from the AD Much appreciated! |

I think 25% is decent. Take into account the ease of buying from an AD. Knowing it's authenticity from an AD is is 99.99% accurate.
If you were searching for a piece, found it at a local AD and they gave you 25% off. Then you decided to search on the internet for a better deal, I'd wonder what your objective is. It sounds like you want a good deal. So my advice is do your research. Good luck! |

25% off is quite good, plus you know the AD is there for you.
50% is impossible, maybe for a used model with scratches and dings missing box and warranty card... because it's a stolen watch.

I think 25% off at an AD is a great deal and probably the best you can get. I'd go with it.
