Chronoexpert
Hello. Has anyone purchased a watch from Chronoexpert before and know if they are a legitimate company etc etc. It seems they only accept payment via bank transfer and we all know the risks of that.
I'd say it looks and seems legit but I don't want to get stung. Thanks Chris |

I've just had a rather poor transaction with them and could not recommend them. Key to my complaint was their 'every watch goes through a thorough checking process' which mine clearly didn't. I finally got the watch back and repaired 3 months later. Happy to add further details.

Thanks for you reply x2!
Has anyone else had dealings with them? I presume they’ve been around a while and the watches have turned up? I’m just wanting to do a bit of research before I jump in at what deep end. |

I would steer clear. Had a failed transaction with them and they told me after 3 weeks after d*cking me about that the watch was sold, but lo and behold they had another one that "just arrived" for 7000 quid more. You can't make this stuff up.
