Glamping in the RV for Easter. Made anchovy caper garlic and red pepper paste marinaded lamps chops over mashed potatoes with grilled asparagus. Not restaurant quality plating but close to restaurant flavors. #lifeisgood

A friend had us over for dinner last night. The rock lobsters were harvested by my buddy off the coast of La Jolla, CA. Great appetizers, dinner and dessert.

Chillaxing after settling in and making dinner at our RV campsite for the next week.

We made some fillets tonight with grilled asparagus and pesto potatoes.

We got hit yesterday by a truck tire tread that came off after a flat. We pulled over and thought there was no significant damage, so we left without contacting the truck driver who had pulled over. Our cruise and active driver assist controls are not working anymore and there was an intermittent electronics engine coming from the engine bay tonight after we arrived. Just hoping to make it back to Denver next weekend without a tow truck and will take it to a local dealer then.

Food looks good! Tire tread story sucks! Sorry to hear that it hit your vehicle. Hopefully you make it back without further issues. I learned a long time ago to exchange information first thing whenever there is an accident.
