The only people who have held my LV are two close friends of mine and they both have Rolexes as well. And only my friend with the GMT has tried my Rolex on since I tried on his. But so far, no one really has asked to see my watch. Than again it's winter and I'm usually wearing long sleeves. But if it was someone I didn't know, I wouldn't let them try it on. We are talking about a $6k time piece here.

I love da murcielago, nice and big, and powerful!

Wore my DRSD into Tourneau last Saturday lOOking for A Daytona Zenith.
One of the more mature clerks followed me around the store
"Non Shay lontlee", checking it out.
I would have taken it off for hom to 10x it if he wanted.

Tourneau, what a treat!

Usually not, but when someone does ask, I simply hold out my wrist and let themlook at it. I never take it off for anyone to hold.

The co worker had on a nice black on black GMT II.

If your co-worker is sporting a GMT II, I'm sure he knows roughly what your is worth.

My Rolex watches are (to my knowledge) never noticed. If I am wearing a big Breitling, like the Hercules, I may get the odd glance at my watch, but I have never been asked to show it to anyone.

My wife wears a Sub most all the time. Occasionally someone wil ask her about it.

Cheers.........Rod
