Different shades of Blue ......

Been living with the Blue TT Sub for more than a month now. What is exeptional about this watch is how the blue on the dial and bezel, changes colour under different lighting conditions and when viewed from different angles. From light blue to all shades of blue to nearly black and sometimes blue and almost black areas on the dial, the gold lettering stands out pretty nicely, against this blue/black bacground.Exeptional !! .....

This is surely on of the nicest overall designs from Rolex. For me this is my grail watch .To say I am very happy with my decision on the Blue TT Sub,would be an understatement ...

You said it, Chris. The BLUE on the TT Sub is one of the BEST blues I've seen on any watch!! And you're right about the colour changes from different angles. Here are a few examples...

Now it's BLACK...

A different shade...

And its true blue!!

"The Blue One" ... Due to the nature of my work ,I have to check the time at frequent intervals during a procedure.I have found myself checking the time on the Blue ... and then being caught up by the watches beauty,so that I actually forget to check the time.I then have to check the time again .... weird ,but true

I was really uncertain Dec 2006,in deciding to upgrade from my beloved ss GMT II red/black to the Blue TT Sub.got an excellent trade price on the GMT,so I decided to go ahead with the deal.I am so happy I did ..

To anyone even remotely interested in the Blue TT Sub,get the best possible deal on one an just BUY IT !!! Satisfaction guaranteed ....

Funny thing, Chris, same thing happens to me when I'm wearing my all black GMT. So don't think you Blue Babies have a monopoly on this weirdness.
