Daytona question
I have been looking for a ceramic bezel PM Daytona. If you were offered PM Daytona but without the ceramic bezel would you go for it?
How much does one have to worry about scratches. |

If planning to keep and wear, I always think you should get what you want and nothing else. Don't settle or buy another watch hoping you wall fall in love with it.
Now with that in mind, there are some beautiful non-ceramic Daytona's that I like even more than the ceramic ones (ie: two-tone yellow gold with black dial and stick markers). Based on other members, any gold bezel that isn't fluted will show scratches ... but again, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I think it'll look great. Good luck!

Are you talking about acquiring one on a strap/OF? All PM Daytonas on a bracelet have a full gold bezel (minus the platinum 116506).
As for scratches, as long as you have good "wrist awareness," you should be fine but scratches on a PM watch are a part of life. |

No compromise at this level. You will thank me later.
