Advice about repair for 1910s Rolex needed

Hello everyone,

First of all, photos (my phone's camera can't do better, sorry)

My parents gave me this piece of history. It belonged to my grand grandfather and he was probably the last one who wore it. I believe it was in pretty good shape before my siblings and I got our hands on them to play when we were kids... So I'm kind of looking to fix some of the damage I caused :D

Anyway as far as I know it's Rolex from around 1910-something (google images for 1910 watches also shows something like that but not exactly). I don't know what year and model is this exactly, so it would be very nice if you would enlighten me on that.

But mostly I'd like to ask you for advice how can I get to fixing it. I don't need them to be superbly precise or anything. Most probably I won't wear them anyway (man, they should be wind up every day, shouldn't they...) :)

First of all, I'm in Russia so I contacted (the?) local Rolex distributor about that. They say that they can't help me and that I should contact Rolex directly. So I searched contacts for local Rolex branch and didn't find any (I'm not sure they're present here). While searching I bumped onto this forum. I've read some horror stories about distributor services so I'm not sure what should I do next.

There may be a problem with sending it out of the country because of laws on antiques (>50 years old) and all papers that could have said that watches belongs to me are long lost. I could try that as the last resort but I think it will be too much of a hustle...

I actually have the original cog that is absent on second photo, but screw for that cog is lost forever. I think watchband was worn out before I first seen them. My dad said that spring is damaged too, most probably. And I'm not sure if it got any service since when it was produced.
Could you tell me what may be an estimate cost for this type of service and repair?

I'm absolutely not going to sell it but I'm intrigued what does it cost too:)

Any advice and answers are greatly appreciated, thank you.
