5711 offers

I've had a few different offers for my 5711/1a Blue, I'm curious what you all think is a good number to take. I had one for 37.5 which feel through and I have a solid one for 32.5 and 35.

Thanks.

What is the consensus for a white dial? I’m curious what the price increase will do to the already inflated secondary market...

I think 36-39k given the year and condition. 32.5 is far too low and 35 is almost there. Given where dealers are pricing them I think you should have no problems getting your number

Depends on what else you have. If you have another 57xx nautilus, I would take the 35k cash.

I have one too and it would take 40 plus for me to sell it.

If you are set on selling it do not take less than 39.

40 is a UK price, like £28K, I'd take 35 in US.

Well I like 35 better than 32 lol does that help?

I don’t see it listed for sale...you should pledge and actually list it instead of this sort of behind the scenes stuff. You’ll get more buyers and I think you could get around 38k if it’s in decent shape.

There are another 2 pieces in Tokyo listing for around that price.

Japanese do not haggle over listed price.

Personally, If I was selling, I would wait a bit longer until the price increase takes effect and you will see the market prices shift accordingly. It might go up substantially or could go down, such is life. Either way, you will make a hefty profit.

PS - I would agree with others, real market value is around $35-39k currently. You can't rely on Chrono24 or TRF Trusted Sellers prices. Sure they list it for $45-50k+ but you can ask for what ever price you want, but doesn't necessarily mean you will get it.

If someone gives me 54.5k I´ll fly to any place in the world and deliver the watch in person.

$54.5K for a SS, time only watch. Almost makes the already nutty grey prices on the 15407ST seem reasonable. If this isn't tulip mania, then I don't know what is.
