Buying Advice for 60's Rolex Cellini

Hi,
I want to get a yellow gold 18k vintage Cellini from 1967.
Problem, after finding one on Chrono24 (with a pro seller), they tell me "We don't have a authenticity Rolex Certificate. But if you like a certificate of this watch, we can offer you one from us"
What the value of such a certificate is ?
Another question, with 60s full gold vintage models is it possible to meet fake watches on the market ?
Thanks for your answers.

Rolex doesn't offer a "authenticity certificate".
And unlikely that you would find a fake solid gold Cellini.
But it is" possible" to fake anything.

Thanks for your prompt replies.
This is the model i've found : http://urlz.fr/5myM
Does it seem to you a reliable seller ? Cause i'm suspicious with the "pro" status on Chrono24. What precautions i have to take with this kind of buying ?

That is a pretty small watch. 24mm wide. And by the looks of it 30mm long.
Another thing to consider is the integral band. If the watch band is too short you are screwed. If it is too long you have an expensive adjustment.
