VINTAGE Rolex Submariner 5513 MK1 Maxi Dial

Offering my 1978 (serial 5,479,7xx) Submariner 5513 MK1 Maxi Dial for sale.
MY PRICE is $22,500

Details: This is the most desirable of the five MK “Maxi” matte dial 5513’s that very rarely come up for sale.

DIAL: perfect condition spotless MK1 matte dial with puffy hour plots that are taking on a gorgeous patina.

HANDS: original hands that have previously been color matched.

CRYSTAL: recently installed Rolex OEM 25-39 re-profiled acrylic superdome in pristine condition.

BEZEL INSERT: correct MK3 in excellent condition.

STAINLESS STEEL CASE: very clean and fat case that was recently refinished (not recut and no laser welding) by LAWW when crystal was replaced) chamfers are fat and even as are the crown guards. The caseback inscriptions and lug numbers (serial number and “5513”) are crisp but I do not have pictures and do not want to risk lug scratches or pressure test being compromised by removing the caseback or bracelet myself. AUTHENTICITY IS 100% GUARANTEED!

STAINLESS STEEL BRACELET: clean and tight 93150 bracelet with correct VC clasp code w/12 links.

MOVEMENT: recently inspected with case thread lubrication, gaskets replaced and pressure tested. Running very strong.

Comes with original “Bufkor” boxes (inner box is immaculate), Oyster booklet, vinyl folio and translation booklet). Also included is the purchase invoice dated January 2016 from a very well respected Forum member and LAWW invoice for the case refinish, T-39 Superdome and Inspection/Lubrication/Pressure Test dated November 2018 (watch has not been worn since).
