Are these dials are legit? 116523

Hello everyone.

There are two watches which are very similar but I can't be sure if their dials are put afterwards or they're the original dials which came with the watch itself. So I am fearing, if they have been put afterwards. I don't think they're counterfeit.

Here are the info.

Watch 1
Year: 1995
Serial: W
Dial: MK3
https://ibb.co/3FFSg5x
My comment: According to my research this is a MK III (source: https://magazine.bulangandsons.com/b...enith-daytona/) and it was in production only between 91-93. The watch is a W Serial. Isn't it weird?

Watch 2
Year: 1991
Serial: E
Dial: MK3
Detail: Here the original paper says that the date of purchase is July 92... Is it normal?
https://ibb.co/tmQMdQ2

Are these matching information?
What price do you think they should have?
Which one do you think is more of a collectible piece?

thank you.

Alright, then no help from you. Thanks anyway. If someone is brave (!) enough to click on the image link please let me know if my concerns are true. Thank you in advance.

Depends on condition, service history, what's included, etc. (#1 looks to be in better shape at first glance, but the pics provided are not good enough for an accurate assessment on either).

Not really a huge difference between the two (pick whichever one is in better condition and/or not overpriced). If you are looking slightly more "collectability" maybe search out a 4-liner dial/early-bezel version.

BTW: Your thread title has one too many "1s" in the reference.

Looked at both images. No way to answer your question accurately from them.

Only advice I have is don’t buy it if you can’t verify it via a trusted watchmaker.

Sorry, I am new in forum culture. I didn't know links were dangerous. I tried posting them with the "Insert Image" button but it gave errors. Thank you anyway for your input.

It is just so confusing to buy an old watch. Because for me it is so hard to understand if the papers are legit. Because there are so many papers out there which are being sold. Anyway, I am going to see the second option tomorrow, physically. Then I will post here everything it has. Thank you.

I don't think there's enough to verify it but if you're not sure either then I suggest you don't get it.
