Opinion on Rolex 16234

Hi guys,

I'd like your opinion on this Rolex 16234.

It's serial says its from 1991. Checked the bracelet and it's from 89. Is this normally considered a problem? The 16234 started production in 88, so bracelet is correct in that sense.

Also can you guys give me your opinion on the rest of the watch (dial, current state of the watch etc.) Pretty new to this. It's a dark grey tapestry dial.

It seems OK to me and I don't believe the age of the bracelet is suspect.
(Exactly this watch was the first a dealer offered to me for little money in 2013, about 1500€, today these prices are gone and forgotten, I should have bought it but the dark dial didn't' appeal to me.)

I've noticed that the crown isn't the same as the most 16234 I've seen. What do you guys think? I'm pretty sure the crown has been replaced, which is fine of course. But I think it's. more modern one. Does this affect price?
