Listing states case back has been replaced, and is original Rolex all be it from a 14060 sub. This guy is Nick Green aka 'chronomatic' aka 'Heuerboy' one of the most respect dealers in the vintage Heuer scene. Seems like a bargain to me however I'd wear as is if you like the distressed look which can be pretty cool.
