The Watch bracelet repair company

I'm thinking about having my stretched jubilee bracelet tightened on my GMT master 16700 and have been quoted £350 plus vat by Joe from the watch bracelet repair company in Crawley.
Has anyone used them and any reviews?

Thanks for your reply, my only concern is how long did it take?
I've read my reviews on another forum and they seem to say he quotes 4 weeks but often haven't heard anything from him after 3 or 4 months, apparently he doesn't even reply to their emails

I’ve used Michael many times and have been mostly impressed with his work. No issues with communication. He has fully restored 2 gold bracelets, tightened a jubilee bracelet and removed fixed links on another bracelet.
