Unusual Watch Box

Hi All,

I have just stumbled accros an old 6917 (Serial made it approx 1981)- with an aftermarket bezel (recreation of the bezel found on a 69088) - but it came with this box? I have never seen it before myself and I was wondering if anyone knew anything about it, is it old? Is it rare? Is it even fake?

Don't think they are too rare as I see them on eBay from time to time. Some are on there now. Not fake, but not rare, Sorry...

There are currently half a dozen or so on eBay in the $125 - $150 range.
