How much cash? And is it a 5980r or 5980/1r that you refer too? If it's a 5980r the answer is no.

It is a fair move because gold is now twice the price of platinum in the market. And you will be getting a Nautilus.

Nautilus.

I have multiple Platonas, and I'm obsessed with them, but I'd say go with a Nautilus if you've never had one.

If you already have one, I'd say keep the Platona.

As the owner of a 5980/1r, I’d keep the Platona which is a much more balanced, practical and cohesive design of sports watch.

If it's the full RG you are referring to, then yes.

Just curious as you have posted in several threads about having multiple platona. How many do you exactly have? 2 are a couple, 3 are several, multiples are 3 and above? Why do you have so many platona mind me asking (and since you have shared several times)?

Have you tried on the 5980r? It can be top heavy being on a strap. I much prefer the 5980/1r due to the full RG bracelet and darker dial.

Yes, for either Naut, in fact I prefer the dial config on the strap model.

has anyone had issues with the deployant clasp of a 5712r 5712g 5980r? it's a double lock system. Has anyone encountered the first lock not clicking and you have to use the other side (with the push buttons) to secure the other side of the clasp lock?
