Thanks to TRF I found out about Watches of Switzerland's SOHO store's grand opening back in November, black Friday. The sales manager Scott and I waited in the cold for about an hour and half for the ceremony to wrap up. I later became the first customer to walk into their store lol.

Damian the VP promised me the first Pepsi has my name on it since there's no way i could've had a purchase history with them. I've been calling/texting Scott every other week since then. Long story short, I'm going on a 2 week vacation this Wednesday. On Monday, I called Scott to inform him in case the watch comes in and I'm unreachable. He asked me to swing by the store since I was in the area today. I showed up in the afternoon, he chatted me up and showed me a couple of Grand Seikos that I was interested in for about 30 minutes. I had some errands to run, so I begged him to take my CC info. To much of my surprise, he accepted it. As I was sitting down in front of the desk another gentleman walks by with a tray... lo and behold a Pepsi!

The total wait time for the Pepsi was less than 4 months, no prior purchase history. I bothered Scott every chance I get and he has shown nothing but patience to me. This watch could not have come at a better time. I recommend everyone in the area to check out this gem of store, also talk to Scott and his team, they are all watch lovers as well.
