Sensitive guy. He can spur nonsense but can't take criticism?

Besides...He reads this forum, which also means we can be highly critical of him.

Just realised I got blocked because I commented "Fakery bs"
He's ruining the brand and ripping people with his franken watches that he says are prototypes

I just can't believe the dude can get away with all the nonsense that he puts out.

Hodinkee is saying it's at noon CET. Where is the info coming from that it's at 5:00?

"Baselworld officially opens to the press at 12:00 PM CET on Wednesday, so while you'll get a few early looks before then, that's when the wave of new watches starts breaking."

Am I right that I feel some envy/bad vibes against this sir from RPR... Why is that? I saw some really amazing pieces on his Instagram... Almost to good to be true...

On the Baselworld website there is a press conference live stream happening at 5:00pm CET.

I hope new releases get known a few hours before then though as you say!

Before I get all disappointed that these monstrosities are Rolex's offerings this year, what has RPR's accuracy been in the past for predicting new models?

Not good. He nailed the SD43 in 2017 and the two ceramic Daytonas in 2016. Those were clearly leaked to him by an inside source. His general predictions almost never happen. The question is if these latest "leaks" are from a good source. No way to know for one hour and 58 minutes.

Terrible. And this year is a new low, but I hope he proves me right because this year's fake news predictions are horrible.

I'd say if you want to know what's out the second it happens, check in at noon CET; if you wait until 5:00, you might be five hours late.

Tudor says they’ll launch at 12pm cet and Rolex usually launches at the same time. I remember sitting with multiple open browser windows clicking "refresh" like a mad man :-)

Last year he predicted a white dialled Explorer, ceramic explorer 2, red hand gmt, blueberry gmt and a Milgauss along with other stuff you can’t check because he deleted it. He got the SD43 right the year before. And had details on a Daytona. But otherwise, terrible.

RPR had banned me to comment on his IG just because I commented on his first teaser prediction where he didn't noticed that there was white gold surrounding the hour marker. What a sensitive guy, can't even take few words

And at 25000 USD

Let's see if he gets it right. We have this thread to look back onto.

The guy has been caught too many times with his hand in the cookie jar- No matter how much he deletes and bans, the Internet owns him.

I'm worried that the original catalog images were real. Let's see in a minute or two, I guess.

Pretty sure most of the TRF predicted a new YM from the teaser vid. Not sure it’s that hard to do based on that and pricing of current YM on OF. I think the other predictions will need to hit for him to be proven right, although doesn’t excuse his actions leading up to Basel.
