5711 will never available for the punters at MSRP

I don't actually know that - but I had moved on from ever expecting to get one, and since prices softened I started looking again - and damn it's a great watch.

I wanted one ages ago - but couldn't really afford it until 2018 - i was too late!

I would suggest to be patient and see where it goes I love talking about it but pinpointing to a specific price at this point is purely speculative. That being said I think at least 20-30% decrease in grey pricing over the next couple of months. But honestly I would only consider buying it grey for less than $40k which I don't see happening frankly.

I think you’ll get close to Msrp. Still not easy to get a 5711

NFL punters make in excess of 500k per year. They can afford to pay secondary

It is a great watch. It’s most definitely not $60,000 great but I would get into one for retail I think. I’m grateful I don’t lust over one. I hope you get one though.

There’s a lot of people that make over $500k per year...doesn’t mean they will want to pay secondary prices. Lol

It's primarily a tongue-in-cheek statement of opinion about the enduring appeal of the 5711a with a small amount "complaint" that my timing was unlucky.

5711s were available 4 times to ninja at MSRP, and 1 is a special t-stamp.

They do happen.

Nice at £18k GBP but not much more.

What price do you put on hype?

Jeez, you can get a 5070 for what 5711s were trading for a few months ago!

In 2009-2010 5711 was below retail lol

And white dials were hard to sell! Haha

Besides seeing as how PP can barely sell anything not on a bracelet or rubber they should move production on sports watches up! Lol

I do not think Patek will produce any of those for the remainder of the year... they love them being well over retail. To be honest, me too;)

Yea turned down a white dial at 20% off, but did pick up a 5167a a year later for the same discount. Heck it wasn't that long ago that they dropped the MSRP for the Nautilus and aquanaut.
