Tudor Black Bay 58- winding question
Have one love it- do I need to wind daily?
Also seems to take minutes to wind stem tight. Is that normal? Thanks |

Ok so what does the power reserve indicate. That if fully wound and not worn it is good for 70 hours?
I appreciate it. |

If you give it 50 or so full 360 degree winds to ensure the power reserve is full, it should last about 70 hours if you don't wear it. If you wear it daily you probably won't need to wind it, but can do it anyway when you reset the date after the 30 day months. |

As others mention, you don't have to wind it if wearing it daily. Once in a month, i will wind the crown about 20 times as a ritual.

First wearing a watch does not wind any automatic watch, its wrist activity that makes the winding pendulum swing to wind the mainspring.
