Rolex submariner blue dial to serti dial

Hi

I would like to know if it is possible to change out my blue dial to a serti dial? My watch is from 2006 has a 3135 movement and is a 16613 I think. The dial on the bottom says Swiss made.

So my question is if I can swap it out I only want original Rolex dial and see so many for sale. What should I look for to identify it is not an aftermarket dial or faked? I did see one that was nice and on the back of it was a letter B in script nothing else.

Can anyone provide any guidance

Thanks a million.

Michael
