Service at Turkey
Hi Service I got from Turkey Istanbul, make worse my Rolex watch.
It was getting late 1-2 mins now showing a head min 5 minutes needed to adjust every week. How can we escalate maintenance problem to Corp Rolex? |

I don’t think escalating to Geneva is going to help you.
Writing a letter by regular mail is the way to go. Don’t expect anything from it. Just try once more with the RSC. Some of the newer movement are known to have problems and may require a full service under warranty instead of a regulation. If you have an older watch a regulation is easy and can be done by any watchmaker if you are fed up with the RSC.
