Fraud in the high end watch industry

thought some might find this story interesting

The wolf of watches: Timepiece dealer 'is being chased for £2 million after luxury brands ordered by customers never arrived'

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...r-arrived.html

but a $2 million level fraud doesn't seem like a difficult or outrageous amount in that world

Don't give them money if they don't have the watch in their possession.

That's the game these "broski" gentleman dealers keep playing...and people keep falling for it...

His idol is Jordan Belfort.

Not hard to imagine this might happen.
