I feel ya. I never thought I’d own any TT. Just goes to show how we can change opinions about things with a little persuasion.

Congratulations! I had the opportunity to see one last weekend at the local AD, It was already sold but I got the call to go see it in person and I loved it. I am the next one on the list.
I sent a text to my sales person and turned out that I was the 2nd person to express interest within 3 hrs of the rumor prior to it’s announcement.

I also have the SS SD43 and I love the feel of it as well.

Count me amongst the initial detractors...but man, that looks amazing!

I love this one in SS, the TT might just look great next to it in the collection.

It's a beautiful watch and it looks great on your wrist. Enjoy!

I'll admit I'm not a fan of the regular Seadweller. The size doesn't really do it for me but I just got a two-tone and love it/ I generally enjoy a flashy watch so I think that it being two-tone works better with the size.

I don’t think a pure diver should be two tone. I prefer it far more in 904L

Damn that thing looks good. That matte dial suits TT really well IMO.

On a sidenote, didn't know/notice before the etched crown was so easily visible on the SD. To capture one on my GMT it takes almost perfect lighting and some luck.

I actually like it a lot, I dont know why this watch got some hate when it came out, I am highly considering adding that to my collection.

What about a solid gold Submariner? No one seems to mind those.

Maybe a solid gold SD will be released next year? Imagine what a brick that would be. Waitlist for years.

Just because I despise the IDEA of a TT SD, doesn't mean I don't find it to be a beautiful watch.

I'm going to say no to the TT, but the idea is growing on me.

How much do you want for these?

I know how you feel. I can guarantee I would have NEVER bought this for myself. Which is exactly why my wife did. She said how many steel rolex watches does one guy need? And she was right. It has really expanded my comfort zone. For gold and for size.
