NASA facilities for maintaining moon rocks
While this is not at all related to watches, being that it’s the 50th anniversary of the moon landing (the limited edition speedy starting deliveries now!) and how many space fans there are here in general, I thought this would be worth sharing here. It’s one of the most fascinating videos I’ve watched in a long time, super interesting to see how far they go to keep the moon rocks in as good condition as possible. Even going as far as not only documenting every single piece that breaks off whenever they’re cutting up the bigger rocks, but also always maintain the same orientation (top, bottom, left, right, front, back) that the astronauts originally picked when they got the rocks on the moon.
