You can email AP London or Harrods or nearest to you for a list of 44 straps, one of them not there is a beige and blue stitch alligator strap also a red stitch black gator.

Ok. Will try AP london. Harrods have been a disaster on a recent attempt to order a strap so will not go near them again.

Personally I like Alex at the Harrods boutique but If you’ve struggled with Harrods then Owen & Robinson in Leeds are AP ADs and always give me an excellent service, on straps they can usually deliver with in 7-14 days. If you decide to telephone then ask for Matt, he’s the manager. They sourced my 44 camo strap when Harrods & head office said it wasn’t available.

By the way Matt at O&R can also provide the up to date strap chart showing the different options available.

The delivery dates vary enormously, the common ones like rubber straps they can get in a couple of weeks, the beige one was 4 months.

^^^^^^^^^^^yes, Neil is right - whoever you buy the strap from, a handmade one that is not a stock item will take much longer to supply.

Back on the GP strap, had a look at the grey strap, not sure it is different enough to the black rubber.

I think surely the black/red GP is the best option for this, as the colours are perfect. Mine is permanently fitted now, I'd not put it back on black rubber. That said, it does make it a bit of a winter watch!

Anyone have any news on when the 2019 44's will hit stores? I'm interested in the camo series myself

Thanks. I saw the brown strap on the rose gold and it looked great, it's in my opinion the most subtle of the three and really works.

I'd heard March / April to start but haven't heard any updates since. Having asked in a few boutiques they seem quite popular for such polarising pieces.

Yes my fave, but do like the brown camo a lot, also AP were telling me the beige gator comes with red stitching so should work with most 44s, esp RG versions, I wanted to see one but it has to come from Swi and could take months to arrive so I left it.
