Favorite 42mm Royal Oak Offshore blue dial variant
Good evening,
I’m looking to add a 42mm Royal Oak Offshore (photos below) to my Royal Oak Chronograph with silver panda dial. I’d like it to be blue of some sorts, but struggling on which version. Thanks in advance for your thoughts or what you may have purchased/considered. Last edited by ScottC; 15 July 2019 at 11:13 AM.. Reason: Change header |

Of the three blue dials I like the second, has a nice subtle contrast. My second choice would be the white dial. I can with either of those two.

Black/navy for me.
The navy with silver subdials has become too common. The indigo blue is beautiful but I would only get it if i had a steep collection. I would stay away from the white with blue subdials, has rubber pushers/crown that deteriorate after sometime, it also lacks a display caseback, and you will be missing out on seeing the beautiful 3126 movement. Yeah, I put a black/blue camo horus strap but then switched back to the original blue leather strap.
Thinking of getting a black rubber strap for it soon. Sent from my SM-N960F using Tapatalk

As you can wear I presume the 41mm ROC which wears larger and wider on the wrist than the 42 ROO, but not as thick, then you can probably wear a 44mm, which feels less top heavy than a 42 as well, so I'd go for one of those, TI or CE.

44mm

Thanks, I hadn’t given that any thought. I thought the 44mm would be too big. |

It looks like the blue dial, silver sub dials is the winner, followed by the black dial, blue sub dials.
Thanks for verylne! |

Blue with blue sundials is cool, but too bright for my taste. Blue dial, white sundials would be my choice
