I have the Daytona C black dial but preferred the AP in white dial. Few comparisons...

That's a great option. And a true panda dial. Many positives and negatives can be said about both watches. Pick what makes you happy! Can't go wrong with either - both great pieces.

Ap

AP is pretty awesome, works of art! Becoming pretty exclusive given that they only produce 40k watches a year.

I would so quickly trade my Daytona for one of these if I could get one. Key word there is "if" -- I was too slow when they got released and now all are spoken for this year. :(

Quick question, can the AP RO Chronos be had for msrp?

I kind of get the feeling that they can, because some of you guys are comparing them to the grey value Daytona. I don’t think you would do so if you would have to go grey for the AP right?

Thanks

Yes, blue dial is the hardest but if you are persistent and patient you should still be able to land one but every month it gets harder as frustrated PP and RO demand focus on these.

Not surprised as the Daytona is not a true 40mm. It’s more like a 38.5mm.

This is why Daytona’s looks so good on women.

I agree the workmanship on the AP case/octagonal metal bezel and bracelet is superb, an excellent excursion from the ceramic bezel/polished bracelet combo. The photos here does not do justice to the artistic quality of the case. I wear my AP RO very often at work.
