2018 SMPc Accuracy. Wow
Curious what kind of accuracy others are getting with their 2018 SMPc with the 8800 movement. After two weeks of wearing non-stop except to take off at night I am at +4 seconds for that entire time span. It has been sitting at +4 for the past week and not deviating.
I rest it on its side with the crown facing up. I check the accuracy by referencing time.gov so nothing "scientific". I cannot believe how accurate this watch has been so far and am beyond impressed. I traded in my Tudor Black Bay GMT to acquire the SMPc and was worried at first I might regret the decision. No regrets at all. While the Tudor was really nice the Omega is on a different level. |

Yup, mine has averaged less than .5 seconds per day over almost 2 months. Incredible

I have been wearing mine for 3 months and it is definitely a better watch than a Rolex Sub...

I have been wearing the Seamaster so often whenever I need a sports watch with a rotating bezel that I have no inclination to wear my Rolex GMT anymore. It just look so boring by comparison. Perhaps time to let go.

Mine is not as accurate as either of the LVs I have which I was surprised about, I was expecting it to be more accurate. I keep mine in the same winder using the same rotation settings.

To be honest, the Rolex oyster bracelet is more comfortable but not by much. The dial is a lot more exciting to look at. Those hands literally pop in most lighting.

I owned a previous generation SMP (2226.80). It was an incredible time keeper sometimes taking days to deviate from +/-1.
