Try entering the stores and ask if they have the SS watches, some ADs could just have the SS in the safes.

You'll see many. As long as you don't want it for msrp, you should do just fine.

A few stainless/everrose wimbledon DJs and the usual YM2s at most of the ADs in Rome today. Gold subs as well. Not much else as far as sports models go. It is no different than anywhere else in the world.

I got my Hulk from an Italian AD this year (as my first purchase from them). Most people will tell you that it’s very difficult and they’re right but it’s not impossible!

Good luck

Even if it weren't for the tourists, Italians were infatuated with Rolex long before Americans. I've been to Italy many times, for many years. I recall back in 1986 Italians going bonkers over SS sport watches, especially Daytonas. Nothing's changed.

Chances are even in the smaller, less frequented cities like Parma, Bologna, Verona, etc, ADs probably have no SS sport watches. My brother lives in Parma. I think there's 3 ADs there. None of them have new SS Subs, GMTs, Daytonas.

100% accurate. Born in 1970, raised in Milan. As early as the mid 80s, Italians were already going nuts over SS sports models. Sorry OP but Hulk at retail is not going to happen. Enjoy the vacation instead!
