New to me EP ChonoMaster triple calendar
Well after a week of shipping internationally my new El Primero Chonomaster is here. Well worth the wait.
It’s such a beautiful piece with an incredible textured dial. It almost looks 3D. The details are exquisite and the individually applied Roman numerals catch all sorts for light and reflections. The watch was just serviced in April in Switzerland and all the pushers and mechanics are running smooth. I even have all the replacement parts from the service including the original bracelet which was replaced. Really a nice collection. I wanted something to wear - mainly during the fall and winter months - to compliment my only other piece which is a 14060m 4 liner. I felt this was such a departure from the simplicity of the Sub. It wears almost exactly the same as the 14060 too which is the sweet spot for my wrist (6.75in). And actually despite being the same lug to lug measurement and actually being thicker (13mm vs 12.3 for the sub) the case shape makes it appear much smaller and slimmer. Congrats on a super pick up. Recently picked up a black one and just stellar. I may need to look into the bracelet option
