A little of both. Hit the sac between midnight and 1am, up and going by 5:30am latest. Been that way for at least 45 years.

I fluctuate between the two. Short nights don’t affect me too much as long as I can catch up once every few days

It varies. If I'm working out, I'll be up around 5:15. If not, around 6:30. But I generally cannot go to sleep any earlier than 11pm. I'm usually closer to midnight.

Yep... however I have coffee and watch TV in bed in the morning. So, I really sleep about 9-9.5hrs if I'm lucky.

Which one is the one that wants to go to bed early and sleep late? Because that’s me

I’m envious! I could sleep 12 hours if I had the time. My 17 year old daughter has the life...she can sleep 12 hours on the weekends. Enjoy it while it lasts...

Hate it but I am night owl to the fullest and always have been since a child. My brain is functioning at 100% during the wee hours. I can't even utter the words "good morning" because its an oxymoron to me.

Sleeping in is 4AM. Just do not sleep much. Works good for the gym. Hit it at 5AM when they open and there are only a few people in there. Even on vacation I am up before 4. Or if I stay up late I still wake up early. Been this way for years. I am definitely more productive early. For sure a morning person.

Very interesting results...poll is closer than I thought it would be.

The earliest I have heard someone tell me is 3am...they said any later than that is slothlike laziness..lol

Any 2AM risers out there????
