Real or fake?

Hello all,

Inquiring to see if the watch the seller is selling in the pictures attached is real or fake? The crown that should be on the face at 12 is loose, and moving around in the pictures. This should be a give away that this watch is fake?

Thanks in advance.

Maybe the date window looks wrong? Maybe too big or wrongly shaped, and looking at the date and the detail on the dial, I don't see the magnification as being appropriate. The stamping on the backside of the bracelet ...I just don't recognize that number. I thought all jubilees were 62510 or something closer to that, and I don't recall seeing any stamped in quite that heavy/crude a manner: "Rough", I'll go with that!

You might try to find a "match" on Chrono 24 for comparison. Go slow and good luck!

An applied coronet could come unattached on an authentic Rolex Datejust so that in itself is not a giveaway.

However, this one is not authentic and there are plenty of other reasons to see that.
